I decided to do a 31 day blogging challenge that I saw on Pinterest to help you get to know me a little better. You can find Day 1 & Day 2 here. I decided to put Day 3 -meaning of business name & 4 – first celebrity crush together, because I couldn’t think of a lot to elaborate on here.
Naming something that’s going to be with you for a long time is hard! Your pet, your child, your business…it’s stressful. You want something meaningful, but not pretentious, something that’s you and unique, but not too out there. I wanted something to describe my journey. I had a lot of ideas that were already taken, but I really liked what I ended up with. Gain from Grace reminds me that I am making headway even though it doesn’t feel like it sometimes. If I take one step forward and two steps back, I’m going to be ok. I am exactly where I need to be at this moment in time. I am gaining and at the same time showing grace not just in the “because I should” way, but sincerely and truly, showing myself grace. It’s still a learning process…to be kind to myself, but this name is a constant reminder of that.

Hi! Welcome, welcome! Really excited to have you here! I decided to do a 31 day blogging challenge I saw on Pinterest to help you get to know me a little better.
My name is Kelley Brandle, I am so happy to be starting this blog, I’m loving it. I work full time as a computer technical specialist at a school corporation. There, I fix basically anything that plugs in a wall or runs on batteries, but my main job is supporting teachers in my buildings (3 schools) with computer/printer/projector/electronic trouble. I really enjoy the laid back environment. Compared to corporate, there is a much more relaxed atmosphere. Yes, it is very political, but I will take that over the high pressure of deadlines and profits. I love what I do. I LOVE technology and I’m good at it, so I love that I get to help others with this everyday. I would be doing something related to technology if I weren’t there.

I finally went live with my blog, and I pinned a post to Pinterest for the reason that you would pin something…to get traffic. But then something crazy happened. I got a text from a friend saying that she read it. WHAT?!?! Someone actually read it? Not only somebody, but somebody I knew! OMG, this is happening, I’ve been outed!
